Daffodil International University (DIU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fort Hays State University (FHSU), a public, co-educational university in Hays of Kansas in United States of America recently.
The MoU was signed during the visit of DIU Chairman Md Sabur Khan at the US University.
Dr Mirta M Martin, President of FHSU and Md Sabur Khan, Chairman, DIU signed the MoU on behalf of respective university. Among others, Dr Joy Hatch, Vice President for Technology, Dr Yaprak Dalat Ward, Assistant
Professor and Interim Associate Provost for Internationalization and Global Partnerships and Mr Philip Wittkorn, Director of International Operations, FHSU were also present during the signing ceremony.
Earlier, DIU Chairman was cordially welcomed by the FHSU high officials during his visit to this fourth-largest of the six state universities governed by the Kansas Board of Regents, with an enrollment of approximately 11,200 students. DIU chairman handed over the DIU souvenir to Dr Mirta, President of FHSU.
This MoU aims and form of co-operation on Entrepreneurship and Leadership between two universities. Through the MoU, DIU students will get the opportunity to study in FHSU in near future.
