A three-day photography contest titled “Ajanta Fashion Beautiful Bangladesh Photography Contest 2016” begins today at Daffodil International University (DIU) premises in the city.
Tourism and Hospitality Management Department of DIU and a media communication organization ‘Chhayabanee’ are jointly organising the contest.
Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu is expected to attend the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest.
Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation Chairman Aparup Chowdhury will attend as the special guest with DIU Board of Trustees Chairman M Sabur Khan in the chair.
The photographic contest will be held on natural beauty, history, tradition and festival of the country.
Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon will be present at the concluding ceremony of the contest on January 26 as the chief guest.
