A grand get together of cyber security experts will be held on 28th May 2016 at Krishibid Institution of Bangladesh (KIB) Auditorium in the city. More than thousands of security experts from all over the country along with young IT lovers will participate in this grand gathering namely ‘Digital Security Summit -2016’.
ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak, MP is said to be the Chief Guest at the inaugural ceremony of the summit. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Daffodil Group will preside over the program.
All these were informed today at a ‘Meet the Press’ program held on Tuesday at the conference lounge of National Press Club, Dhaka. Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Executive Director, Daffodil International Academy and Coordinator of the summit informed this at the press meet. Engineer Subrata Sarker, General Secretary of Bangladesh Computer Samity, Nazrul Haider, President, Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Prof Dr Sabbir Ahmed, President, Internet Society Bangladesh Chapter and Chairman CSE Department, University of Dhaka, Feroz Mahmud, Director, HRDI and ex-Country Director of Microsoft Bangladesh, Dr Towhid Bhuyan, Head, Department of Software Engineering of Daffodil International University and Md. Sarwar Hossain Mollah, Deputy Academic Director of Daffodil International Academy and Chief Coordinator of the summit also spoke at the “Meet the Press” program.
