To meet the globalization challenges and raising higher education quality to the world standard the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Daffodil International University organized the workshop on survey results of International Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) recently at Daffodil International University conference room, according to a press release.
Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University was present as the chief guest at the workshop. Presided over by Syed Mizanur Rahman Raju, Head, Department of the Journalism and Mass Communication of Daffodil International University, Dr. NazmunNahar, Director of IQAC, North-South University was the guest of honor while Dr. Mahbub Ahsan Khan, Professor, Institute of Research and Education, University of Dhaka and Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Director, IQAC of Daffodil International University were present there as special guests. Dr. Shah Md. Nister Jahan Kabir presented the keynote presentation in the workshop.
After months of survey from the existing students, alumni, faculty members, non-academic members of the department and media industry professionals and employers the results of the survey was published. The results showed about the responses of the stakeholders. Also it showed the sides of strengths and where to improve.
