The 11th Academic Council Meeting of Daffodil International University (DIU) was held on Monday at the Board Room of the University. Prof Dr M Yousuf M Islam, Vice Chancellor, DIU presided over the meeting and uphold the overall activities of the university. Deans of respective faculties presented their reports and Prof Dr Engineer AKM Fazlul Haque, Registrar submitted relevant documents in the meeting.
Prof Dr M Golam Rahman, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the university, Members of the Academic Council of Daffodil International University Prof Dr Sharif Enamul Kabir, Member, Public Service Commission, Founder Vice Chancellor and Emeritus Prof Dr Aminul Islam, Prof Rafiqul Islam, Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics, Prof Dr SM Mahabub-ul Haque Majumder, Dean, FSIT, Prof Dr M Shamsul Alam, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Prof Dr Ahmmad Ismail Mostafa, Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Brig General (Rtd.) M Mofizur Rahman, Executive Director and Advisor, International Business Forum of Bangladesh, Mohammed Emran Hossain, Director (Admin), all institute chiefs, senior professors and all Head of the Departments were present in the Academic Council Meeting.
Prof Dr Yousuf M Islam presented a brief on the overall academic activities of the university and deans of faculties, Registrar and other senior officers represented relevant information and proposals in the meeting.
The members of Academic Council praised the continuous development and success of Daffodil International University and expressed to extend their cooperation to uphold this progress in coming days.
