Dithi Anwar is daughter of legendary lyricist of Subcontinent Gazi Mazharul Anwar. Though she has been attached with music for many years but couldn’t get the scope to perform in any solo show.
Today her solo performance will be held at National Museum today at 5:00pm where Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor MP will be present as the chief guest while noted actor Syed Hasan Imam and noted Nazrul singer Fatema-tuz-Zohra will be present as special guests on the occasion. Rupashree Chakraborty will host the show.
While talking in this regard Dithi said, “For many days I could not get the scope to perform in any solo show. After a long time I got the opportunity and I agreed. I shall try to render 15 songs in today’s programme. Everybody pray for me as I can successfully perform in the show and can enthrall the audience.”
