Daughter of noted lyricist Gazi Mazharul Anwar, Dithi Anwar lent her vocal for three play-back songs of a film. She lent her vocal for three play-back songs of Nargis Akter-directed film Joiboti Konnyar Mon. Lyrics of all three songs were written by Gazi Mazharul Anwar. Sujeyo Shyam composed music of these songs. Of these songs, Dithi rendered a solo song titled Antore Antor Jwala. Apu and Kiron Chandra Roy rendered with her in rest two songs titled Awla Hawai Bawla Batash and Kalo Jodi respectively. While talking about rendered three play-back songs of a film Dithi Anwar said, “It is really a delightful matter for me to lend my vocal for three play-back songs of a film. All the songs’ lyrics were written by Abbu. It is a great achievement for me. Sujeyo Shyam uncle composed these songs. It was my first work with him. Abbu told me that during their time they gave more time to compose a song. Sujeyo Shyam Uncle also gave me more time during recording.”
Today is birthday of Dithi Anwar. On first hour, she got birthday wish from her husband Arif Chowdhury. Her parents and elder brother Upol also wished her.
