President Abdul Humid Thursday hoped the Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF)-2016 will create an opportunity to improve the quality of local products in terms of design and packaging.
In a message on the eve of the month-long Dhaka International Trade Fair the President said: “DITF has established itself as an important annual business forum in boosting trade and investment over the years.”
He hoped the fair will also enhance the scope for local entrepreneurs and traders to expand their mutual contacts through exchanging views and ideas among the participating investors.
“I believe, the DITF-2016 would play a significant role in familiarizing our rich culture and heritage to international arena along with trade expansion,” he said.
He said the fair will provide a platform for producers and traders to showcase their products to explore export markets in the international arena.
He wished the 21st “Dhaka International Trade Fair-2016” a grand success.
