Food items have been distributed in Naogaon on the initiative of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center. These were distributed at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the naogaon district sadar upazila area, Atom field in collaboration with the local voluntary organization Almanahil World Fair Foundation. Chairman of Sadar Upazila Parishad Alhaj Rafiqul Islam, Almanahil World Fair Foundation Naogaon representative Mufti Rashed Ilias and four representatives from Saudi Arabia were present. A packet of food items of about 25 kg including 10 kg of rice, 2 liters of oil, 8 kg of pulses, 1 kg of salt and 3 kg of sugar was distributed to 500 poor and helpless families of the district. Saudi King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center is trying to meet the demand for food security and distribution to improve the living standards of the needy through the implementation of various programs and projects.
