The first amendment was published in the gazette on February 12 and the second amendment was published on November 26. The session focused on how the amendments would benefit the business community at large.
The Founding Partner of the firm Zareen Mahmud Hosein delivered the technical presentation, highlighting the changes in the Companies Act, focusing majorly on the One Person Company. The session was moderated by Snehasish Barua, Founding Partner of the firm.
