Both films continue to register high numbers even on the weekdays.The plot continues to thicken when it comes to the epic collision of Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani at the ticket windows. After registering high totals at the Indian and international box-offices over the weekend, both films are neck-to-neck when it comes to weekday collections. Dilwale took a strong start on the weekend with Rs 65.09 crore in the kitty and the weekdays have also been steady despite the 55 per cent drop on Monday. After collecting Rs 10.09 crore and Rs 9.42 crore respectively on Monday and Tuesday, the film has notched a total of Rs 8.80 crore on Wednesday, taking the somatic total up to Rs 93.40 crore. With little to no drop in earnings expected, Dilwale will enter 2015’s 100-crore roster by the end of Thursday. Bajirao Mastani too is on the war path when it comes to collections. Starting decently with Rs 46.77 crore in the opening weekend kitty, the film has maintained its steady pace through the weekdays with Rs 10.25 crore in earnings on Monday, Rs 9.40 crore on Tuesday and fresh earnings of Rs 9.10 crore on Wednesday.
