Sheikh Arif Bulbon :For many days once popular TV actress Nauha Munir Dihan was totally absent from acting in any TV serial. At last, Dihan is taking part in shooting of a new serial titled Bari Number Shat Road Number 13, which is being directed by Rulin Rahman now. The serial is being made under the story written by Azad Abul Kalam. Dihan is acting in an important role in the serial. She is playing in role of Sumona in the serial who is a wicked girl. Abul Hayat and Afroza Banu are also acting in role of her parents in the serial. Intekhab Dinar is acting against her.While sharing her feelings about the serial Dihan told this correspondent, “After a long time break, I have working in a serial. I am really grateful to Rulin Rahman because he gave me the opportunity to act in a nice role in his directing serial where there is a lot of scope to work. I believe it will be a nice serial.”The 104-epiosde new serial will go on air in any satellite channel soon, said its director.Recently Dihan acted a serial titled Progga Paromita has been finished airing on ATN Bangla. Therefore, her acted another serial Alaspur is still being aired on RTV now. It may be mentioned that Dihan’s acted first TV serial was Humayun Ahmed’s Nakshotrobari. While studying at Ananda Mohan College in Mymensingh Dihan attached herself with media by acting in Humayun Ahmed’s short film Tahara. It was made for the Swiss government during Dihan’s early age. In the big screen, Dihan started her career by Humayun Ahmed’s movie Srabon Megh-er Din. Later she acted in Tanveer Hossain Probal’s movie Shomapti. For the third time, she is now acting in movie Bhoyonkor Sundor under the direction of Animesh Aich. She is acting in role of a house-owner named Jhumur in the movie. Dihan’s father HM Moniruzzaman was principal of Ananda Mohan College in Mymensingh. Her elder sister Tanik Munir is working in the US Embassy, while younger sister Tanisha Munir is working at Channel i now. She has been passing happy conjugal life with husband Sam, she said.
