On March 12, 2021, Prarthana Fardin Dighi debut her career as a heroine through Delwar Jahan Jhontu directed movie Tumi Achho Tumi Nai. Viewers for the first time watched matured age Dighi in the silver screen on that day. In March, 2021, Dighi for the first time worked in a web film titled Shesh Chithi, directed by Sumon Dhar. After one year, that web film is going to be released on a platform today (June 2). Dighi played the role of Tuli in the web film.
While talking about acting in this web film, Dighi said, “Real life’s Tuli that means I am very much tensed about Shesh Chithi’s Tuli. I request all to watch the web film to know about Tuli’s activities. After releasing trailer of the web film, I got huge appreciation and inspiration from all. Though these things are inspiring me but I am somehow feared about getting reactions from the viewers after releasing this web film. I don’t know how much viewers will accept the role Tuli in the web film Shesh Chithi.”
In Shesh Chithi, Yash Rohan, who played the role of Shyamol, acted opposite Dighi.
The actress informed that she enjoyed a lot sharing the screen with Yash Rohan in this web film. Meanwhile, Dighi acted biopic on Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is waiting to get the release date. Dighi played the role of Fazilatunnesa Mujib in the biopic. Therefore, Dighi acted another movie titled Srabon Joshna, directed by Jhinuk Mala famed director Abdus Samad Khokon, is also waiting to get release date. Tungiparar Miabhai was Dighi acted her last released movie. She also acted in the role of Fazilatunnesa Mujib in this movie.
Dighi said, “In Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s biopic, my character Fazilatunnesa Mujib was very much important to me because an actress like me who got the opportunity to play the role of Fazilatunnesa Mujib was really a great achievement for me. In fact, with the assistance from respected Shyam Benegal it became possible. I have tried to give my level best effort to portray the role perfectly. Overall, I gave huge effort. Now viewers will give their judgment. Coming days will be challenging for me. I want to do acting in good story based challenging roles in future.”
