This time besides engagement with activities in media, many celebrities are also attached with their own businesses. Most of them are engaged with business either to make their future life flexible or for the survival of their livelihood. Recently singer Hridoy Khan also engaged himself with a restaurant business. As a part of its continuation, promising model cum actress Diana is going to open a restaurant on 300-feet Road in the capital.
Diana will open her restaurant on September 30. With various food items she has finalise the name of her restaurant, Kicheno. Diana’s two friends – Mahbub and Bidyut are also engaged her venture. But she is basically the main owner of the restaurant.
While talking about her engagement with restaurant business Diana told this correspondent, “In fact, I have many days’ plan to open a restaurant. But I couldn’t attach with it singly. When my two friends showed their keen interests in this regard I agreed to proceed. Acting is my passion and love. I want to continue acting. The persons who are interested to cast me I want to work in their works. Besides acting, I want to pass days with this business and to maintain my family.”
Hailed from Khulna Diana always prefers to give her identity as an actress. She started her acting career through a play titled Chithi in 2007 under the direction of Debashish Biswas. In her career, Diana’s first movie was Khijir Hayat Khan’s Jaago. She last acted in Saif Chandan’s movie Chheleti Abol Tabol Meyeti Pagol Pagol, which was released last year.
Meanwhile, under Syed Shakil’s direction, Diana is now acting in serial Shanti Adhidaptar.
In last Eid, Diana acted and Anjan Aich directed a telefilm titled Baten Shaheb-er Dantey Birat Somossya was aired in a satellite channel which was appreciated to all.
