DhIU delegates return from India

A ten-member youth delegation team led by Assistant Professor Raisul Islam Sourav from the Department of Law, Dhaka International University (DhIU) return from India on Friday 17 February 2017 after visiting many historical places at Kolkata, Mumbai, Gujarat, Aurangabad and Goa. During the visit the team visited Victoria Memorial, Kolkata International Book Fair, Science City, Eco Park, Hawra Bridge of Kolkata; Marine Drive, Jhuhu Beach, Gate Way of India, Elephanta Island, Elephanta Cave, Hotel Taj, Mannat, Galaxy, Jalsa, Mumbai High Court at Mumbai; Calangute beach, Agoda fort at Goa; Ahmedabad; Ajanta-Ellora caves, Bibi-Qa-Maqbara at Aurangabad etc. The aim of this tour was to enrich students with cultural diversity of SAARC region. This is a regular programme initiated by DhIU where students get chance to visit foreign countries to gather experience from different cultures. Every year DhIU arranges international tour for it’s students to enable them to compare their expertise with global standard. Students got chance to learn beyond classroom from this international tour.
