Dhaka Young Star Club blanked East End Green Club by ten goals to nil in their match of the Green Delta Insurance Second Division Hockey League at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Sunday.
Md Shaharukh Mia of Dhaka Young Star Club hit a hat-trick with five goals and his teammate Tahmid Khan scored two goals and their teammates Akash Islam, Moniruzzaman, Biazid successfully struck one time each on the board.
In the day’s other match, Dilkusha SC defeated Raktim Sangha by 4-1 goals at the same venue.
Hridoy, Thoinu Marma of Dilkusha SC netted two goals each, while John of Raktim Sangha pulled off one.
Today Udity Hockey Club will face Raktim Sangha at 1.00 pm at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium, while Tejgaon Agragami will meet Dhaka Young Star Club at 3.00 pm at the same venue.
