Dhaka University Public Administration-73 Forum arranged the Publication Ceremony of A.K.M Enayet Kabir’s Autobiography, entitled: The “Odd-man” in the Society, at his Library-cum-Research Centre at Sector #6, Uttara, Dhaka, recently. The ceremony was presided by the Secretary of Ministry of Shipping, Shafiq Alam Mehdi and was attended by many former Secretaries of the Govt. of Bangladesh, including Margub Morshed (Ex-Secretary of BRTC), Mohiuddin Ahmed (ex-Foreign Secretary) Abdul Matin Khan, Mr. Anwar Ul Alam (ex-Ambassador) S.S.
