In the day’s first semi-final, Dhaka Tribune defeated SA TV by two goals to nil at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium.
Shahriar and Atiq of Dhaka Tribune scored one goal each.
Shahriar of Dhaka Tribune was adjudged the Man of the Match.
In the day’s second semi-final, Channel i came from behind and earned a 2-1 goals victory over RTV at the same venue.
Arif of Channel i scored two goals, while Ruhul of RTV netted one goal.
Arif of Channel i was adjudged the Man of the Match.
After the semi-final matches, Operative Director and Head of Sports & Welfare Department of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn, national badminton player Enayetullah Khan, Elina Khan distributed the prizes among the winners.
Today Dhaka Tribune will face Channel i in the final at 10.00 am at the same venue.
