Commuters in Dhaka will soon have a new experience of getting both car and motorbike ride services on call through new mobile app called ‘EZZYR.’
This app EZZYR, already downloadable from Google play store, has got under its network a resource pool of cars, motorbikes and their drivers and their services would be available for Dhaka passengers from December 1.
Officials of Innovadeus Pvt. Ltd. that would formally announce launching of EZZYR through a press conference on Sunday told UNB that they would take the combined service of car and motorbike rides to Chittagong and Sylhet from early next year.
Besides, one would be able to pre-book cars, through this app, for long-route tours.
A Director of Innovadeus, Md Kamrul Hasan Emon, said already the drivers have been registered and trained for the service to be made available for Dhaka people from December 1.
EZZYR’s entry into the market comes at a time when people in Dhaka have already started taking benefits of such app-based transport services like Uber, Pathao. Experts note, a city where dwindling fleet of ramshackle public transports are increasingly failing to cater the needs of the commuters, addition of EZZYR is a welcome move.
