A 33-member team from Dhaka Regency was participated at a day-long workshop on ‘Customer Focused Service Excellence’, organized jointly by ILO B-SEP Project and Ministry of Labour at a city hotel recently.
It was conducted by Francis De Silva, Senior Specialist of B-SEP project of ILO and supported by PATA Bangladesh Chapter.
After conclusion of the workshop certificates were distributed among the participants by Shahid Hamid FIH, Executive Director of Dhaka Regency and Cezar Dragutan, Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) of B-SEP Project, ILO Dhaka.
