Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort hosted an iftar for more than 50 students of Majahirul Ulum Al-Islamia Madrasha which provided them a memorable experience of this Holy Month of Ramzan at its Celebration Hall (14th Floor) on Thursday. Dhaka Regency has always been devoted to support the under privileged community of the society, specially the children and focus on social responsibilities as part of the hotel’s corporate social responsibilities. This charity event has been a yearly project in conjunction with the month of Ramzan since the year 2011. Management, Departmental Head and all the associates of the hotel gathered in this occasion, went round different tables set for the orphans and guests, exchanged pleasantries with them and enquired about their well- being. A cash cheque of BDT 25,000 was handed over to the Madrasha principal by the Executive Director of the hotel, Shahid Hamid FIH as to improve the opportunities and a better living for them.
