Philippines and Bangladesh signed an agreement on cultural exchange programmes for the 2018-2020 period aiming to develop the mutual cooperation in the field of arts, education and culture.
Cultural Affairs Secretary Md Nasir Uddin Ahmed and Ambassador of
Philippines Vicente Vivencio T Bandillo signed the agreement on Thursday on the behalf of their respective sides at the conference room of the Ministry of Cultural
Affairs in the capital, an official press release said here. They hoped that the friendly ties between the two countries would be strengthened further by exchanging information, literature and performing arts.
