Dhaka Ins approved 20pc cash dividend: Dhaka Insurance Limited unanimously approved 20percent cash dividend for the year ended 31st December, 2020. The 21st Annual General Meeting of the company held through virtually on Tuesday and took the decision, said a press release. Chairman of the company Hamida Rahman, presided over the meeting while founder chairman Fazlur Rahman, Vice Chairman Shampa Rahman, Directors Mohammed Masum, Biswajit Saha, Prodip Karan, AKM Kamruzzaman, M Mofizul Islam, Independent Directors Muhammad Abdus Samad, Barrister Md. Hasan Rajib Prodhan, Managing Director & CEO Sib Shankar Saha and other high officials of the company were present.
