Annual General Meeting-2020 of Dhaka Customs Agents Association has been held at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden (Ball Room) in the capital on Monday. At the occasion it was decided to hold the upcoming triennial election of the association on March 16, 2021, a press release said.
The members unanimously approved the budget for 2021, clearing of income and expenditure accounts for 2019 and 2020, posthumous honorarium of Tk 5 lakhs for the members and incentive of Tk 10 crore for coronavirussecond wave.
The meeting was chaired by the vice-president of the association Lokman Hakim and the annual report was presented by the general secretary Md. Farooq Alam. Besides, Finance Secretary. Tofazzal Hossain.presented the annual budget of the association and the financial accounts of the last year to the members. The meeting was attended by the former president, general secretary, members of the advisory council and other leaders and members of the association.
