The Board of Directors of Dhaka Bank has recommended 24 percent dividend (10percent stock and 14percent cash) for the year 2014.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on May 13 at Bashundhara Convention Centre-02, Bashundhara residential area in the capital while the record date is April 21, according to the DSE website.
The company has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk 3.69, consolidated NAV per share of Tk 22.82 and consolidated NOCFPS of Tk 2.26 for the year.
