Dhaka Under-18 and BKSP confirmed their place in the final of the Under-18 National Football Championship when they won their respective semifinal matches held on Sunday at Bangabandhu National Stadium.
On the day, Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP) and Sylhet U-18 district saw their semifinal match ended in a goalless draw and in the tie-breaker football, BKSP pip off Sylhet by 4-3 in penalty shootout.
While in the day’s second semi-final, Dhaka Under-18 football team defeated Chittagong Under-18 district football team after a hard fought match by 2-1 goal margin.
Saif Shahriar and Mominul Islam scored one goal each for Dhaka while Shahidul Islam scored the consolation goal for the vanquished.
The final match will be played on May 4 at 4pm at the same venue.
