The Department of Films and Publications, Ministry of Information, will observe the Historic 7th March today. In this context, discussion and documentary exhibition have been arranged on the premises of the directorate.
Information Minister Dr. Hasan Mahmud will attend the programme as the Chief Guest.
It has been programmed in view of the recognition of the Bangabbanndhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s Historic speech delivered on Match 7 that guided the nation to the independence of Bangladesh. The UNESCO has recognised it as part of the World’s documentary heritage.
