Dewan Habibur Rahman has not only identity as an editor but also a maker of good performer. Under his hands Mahbuba Islam Sumi, Srabonti, Monalisa, Tina, Lara Lotus, Anny, Racy, Mishti, Silvi, Anonna Ruma started their careers in media through Binodon Bichitra Photo Beauty contest. Last three years the contest remains stalled. From next year this contest will again start, main initiator of this contest and Editor-Publisher of Binodon Bichitra Dewan Habib confirmed it yesterday.
Since 1995 Dewan Habib has been producing many TV plays. He first produced a play titled Shudhu Tomar Jonno. Sheikh Riazuddin Badshah made the play. It was second package play. Afzal Hossain and Suborna Mustafa acted in the play. Later he produced another play titled Noyon where late Salman Shah and Shomi Kaiser acted.
While talking about his returns to media Dewan Habib told this correspondent, “Due to many complications I was totally absent from producing TV plays. Now I have decided again to produce play. I am taking preparations in this regard. I hope from next year I will again start the photo beauty contest.”
