A view exchange meeting about the development of Bandar Upazila health sector was held at the Bandar Upazila Complex premises in Narayanganj district on Sunday. AS the chief guest at the meeting, AKM Selim Osman, MP from Narayanganj-5 constituency said, no one would die without food and treatment in Bandar.
He also said that Bandar Upazila Complex will be a 100-bed hospital in this centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Narayanganj District Civil Surgeon Dr Imtiaz Ahmed, Bandar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Shukla Sarkar, Health Officer Dr Mehbooba Saeed, Bandar Thana Officer-in-Charge Rafiqul Islam, Bandar Upazila Awami League General Secretary Kazimuddin Pradhan, former Upazila Chairman Ataur Rahman Mukul were present on the occasion. Md. Kamrul Hasan Munna, General Secretary of Mahanagar Sramik League and Chairman and Commissioners of various Union Parishads, leaders and workers of different organizations were present in the meeting.
The program was organized by Upazila Administration and Upazila Health Complex Bandar.
