State Minister for Women and Children Affairs Ministry Begum Fazilatunessa Indira said 50 percent population of the country belong to women and hence coutry’s uplift is impossible without the development of women folk. Begum Faziltunessa disclosed it while addressing the Joyeta reception function as arranged by the Chattogram Divisional Administratio and Women Affairs Directorate at LGED Bhaban in the city this evening as Chief Guest.
