After completing masters in Music from University of Dhaka, Khairul Basar has
established his position in the field of acting. As a newcomer actor, he got acceptability among the viewers and directors are showing their keen interest to take him in their works. Specially after playing the role of Abir Hasan in Ashfaque Nipun’s 8-episode web series Mohanogor, his dependency among the directors have increased. As a newcomer actor,
it is his great achievement, according to him. He has already got more than 30 scripts to work for forthcoming Eid. Due to lockdown and did not have enough time, he could not star in these projects.
Basar informed that on the occasion of coming Eid, he has completed shooting of Chayanika Chowdhury’s two dramas – Boro Bhabi and Andho Jolchhobi. He has also finished shooting of Gourav Dutta’s short film Sohoj Sundor and Mohidul Mohim’s drama Chumki Cholechhe. Within few days, he will take part in shooting of four dramas to be directed by Dipu Hazra, Sajib Mahmud, Rouf and Bappi. Khairul Basar said, “Mohanogor is an example of a good work where a large number of talented actors acted. I am really impressed to get huge response everyday from all. I am grateful to Ashfaque Nipun Bhai to attach me with this web series. I have a lot of scripts now. In fact, I am thinking to do work selectively.” Khairul Basar has developed himself in acting to attach with Dhaka University’s TSC Loko Natyadal and Dhaka University Mime Action.
