Dependency on Brindaban for writing dramas increases

Brindaban Das is a noted
playwright of present time in the country. Besides writing dramas, she also takes part in acting sometimes. But he never acts in those roles which are not appropriate with him. In last Eid, his written four dramas and serials got appreciation from the viewers. These were – Salauddin Lavlu’s faction drama Porgachha, and seven-episode serial Pakhi Tor Jontrona, Sokal Ahmed’s
faction drama Tuitoner Bibi and Dipu Hazra’s six-episode serial Mughal Family. He also acted in Salauddin Lavlu’s two works. While talking about his career
as a playwright Brindaban Das said, “Though I have been writing dramas for many years but
I could not feel I did not write anything. I want a movie is to
be made on the basis of my written story. Therefore, I want to write some novels. I am grateful to them who made dramas based on my written stories.
I am happy because they have intention to portray main stories in their works.” Brindaban Das also said that he has a short story compilation titled Surer Alo, which is to be published by Shobdo Shilpo. Bondhu Boreshu was his written first TV drama directed by Saidul Anam Tutul. Both Salauddin Lavlu and Brindaban Das acted in this drama where Lavlu also worked as cinematographer. Ghor Kutum, Service Holder, Harkipte, Kotha Dilam To, Mohor Sheikh, Sakin Sarisuri, etc are Brindan written mentionable works.
According to him, he learned playwriting from Mamunur Rashid. He was the inspiration of writing drama. Anischit Jatra was his directed and also
scripted only drama. Hailed from Chatmohar of Pabna, Brindaban studied there till HSC. Then he completed
honours and master in Political Science from Jagannath College in Dhaka. He was born on December 7 in 1963. He lost his father and mother in 2015 and 2017 respectively.
