Sylhet City-dwellers here on Sunday demanded immediate action to check mosquito menace in Sylhet.
The demand was made from a rally followed by another programme organised by Sylhet Kalyan Sangstha in front of Sylhet City Corporation office around 10:00am. Speakers at the rally said the city-dwellers cannot concentrate on their daily works from evening to night for mosquito menace.
Even using mosquito net and coils have increased heavily in recent time, they observed.
