Film director Rupesh Paul has filed adefamation case against Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra who stars in his directorial venture Kamasutra 3D, alleging that the actor had abused him on a social networking site. In his complaint, filed before Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court recently, Paul alleged that the actress had abused him on social networking site Twitter. The court posted the case for further proceedings to March 5. Paul submitted that on January 15, Sherlyn took to Twitter to direct abusive, obscene and comments against him. Earlier, Sherlyn Chopra had filed a complaint in a police station in Mumbai alleging that Paul did not pay the remaining Rs 7 lakh of her total remuneration for acting in the film. n
