Fisheries and Livestock Minister SM Rezaul Karim has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee.
In a condolence message, he prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
The minister said, “Pranab Mukherjee became a true friend of the freedom-loving people of Bangladesh by playing a pivotal role in the war of independence and liberation. His death is an irreparable loss to the politics of the subcontinent.”
