Today is the sixth death anniversary of former Gonoparishad member, organizer of independence movement Dr. Akhlakhul Ahmed Hossain.
On the occasion, a milad mahfil will be held at his own resident Netokona district’s Mohangonj Upazila.

Akhlakul was born in a renowned Muslim family at Netrokona district’s Mohangonj Upazila on October 15, 1926. He was elected as a parliament member as an Awami League leader in 1970 election. He actively participated in the war of independence.
