Today is the 44th death anniversary of two martyred freedom fighters Engineer Fazlur Rahman & his younger brother Rafiqul Islam Baset and their only nephew Anwar Hossain.
They were killed by Pakistan occupation forces on April 1 in 1971.
On the occasion, a Doa Mahfil will be held today at their village home Kazir Kandi in Narsingdi after Zohr Prayers.
All the relatives, friends and well-wishers of the deceased are requested to attend the Doa Mahfil and pray for the salvation of the departed souls.
