The 24th death anniversary of Prof Mohammed Noman, an eminent educationist and former Vice-Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University will be observed today.
Family members of late Prof. Noman have arranged Khatme Quaran and Milad Mahfil to mark the occasion in a befitting manner.
Besides food will be distributed in orphanages and among destitutes. Special Munajat will be offered at the Mosque. On the occasion Prof Noman Smriti Foundation has chalked out elaborate programmes.
All the relatives, well-wishers, student and admirers of the deceased have been requested to pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
