Today is the 13th death anniversary of former MP and president of Patuakhali Zila Awami League, Majibur Rahman Talukder. He was elected Member of the Parliament in 1991 and 1996 respectively.
On the occasion a doa mahfil will be held today at his Patuakhali residence and mosques and madrasas of the locality. A feeding of destitute will also be held.
All the relatives, friends and well-wishers of the deceased are requested to attend the doa mahfil and pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
