Today is the 37th death anniversary of former Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University, eminent physicist and founding chairman of Bangabandhu Parishad Dr Abdul Matin Chowdhury.
On the occasion Qurankhwani and feeding of destitute will be held.
Besides, floral wreaths will be placed at his grave adjacent to Dhaka University Mosque.
All the relatives, friends and admirers of the deceased are requested to attend the programmes and pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
