With this agreement, the SDE is going to start working to take the courier service facility to the doorsteps of people at the union level.
Access to Information (a2i) programme of the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and the SDE is planning to take the service to more than 5,000 Union Digital Centers throughout the country which was initially kicked off on Thursday at 33 centers.
Officials from both the a2i and the SDE expressed their hope that this initiative will surely be a tremendous fillip for rural entrepreneurs, farmers, and above all, it will play a major role in flourishing the rural economy.
With this agreement, the entrepreneurs of Union Digital Centers can play the role of agents of the courier service, reaping extra cash for themselves.
