Deaf Asia Cup championship begins today

The T20 Deaf Asia Cup championship begins today (Tuesday) at city club ground at Mirpur.
Deputy Minister on Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy MP is expected to inaugurate the championship as chief guest at 9 am.
Nayeem Razzak MP, member of Parliamentary Standing Committee of Youth and Sports Ministry and Jewel Areng, member of Parliamentary Standing Committee of Health and Family Welfare Ministry will present as special guests.
Youth and Sports acting Secretary Asadul Islam and National Deaf Federation president Zakir Hossain Khan will also present in the inauguration ceremony.
Apart from host Bangladesh, four more countries – India, Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka are participating in the tournament.
Bangladesh will play Sri Lanka on the opening day (March 21) and meet Pakistan on March 22, India on March 23 and Nepal on March 28.
