Chattogram Bureau :
A dead carp (catla) fish weighing 12kg has been recovered from Halda River. The fish was
rescued by ASI Omar Farooq of Halda Temporary Naval Camp from Azim Ghat area around 10 am on Wednesday.
The fish weighs 12kg and is 3.5 feet long. There are no signs of injuries on the body of the fish.
Officer-in-charge of Sadarghat Naval Police OC ABM Mizanur Rahman said a 12kg dead fish was recovered from Azim Ghat area of Halda River around 10:00am. This will be handed over to the upazila administration.
