Motijheel police recovered a dead body of a 10- year-old boy named Shuvo from Anis book Binding Factory of Fakirapul.
His body was found on Sunday around 2pm.
Motijheel police Sub-Inspector (SI) Ismail Hassan confirmed the incident.
He said: “The body was recovered from the factory and sent to Dhamek morgue for anautopsy.” He also said that after receiving the report of the autopsy, they can confirm the exact cause of death.
Anis, the owner of the factory, said that, three days ago, his brother Shaon gave Shuvo a job in their factory. Shuvo also lived on the top shelf of the factory. Shuvo was
a Madrasa student from his village.
He committed suicide on Sunday, according to his brother. But the reason behind this is still unknown.
Shuvo is the son of Alauddin of Ulania village in Golachipa Upazila of Patuakhali district. He was the youngest of six siblings.
