Dhaka Community Hospital Trust (DCHT) has received an appreciation certificate of Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal.
The Ministry appreciated DCH for this “generous contribution and support” during the post earthquake-2015 survivors in Nepal from May 02, 2015 to July 07 2015 co-operation with Asia Pacific
Alliance (A- PAD) in Kavrepalanchowk District of Nepal.
DCH Trust provided emergency health service in the earthquake affected areas (Mhahadevstan Manadan, Nayagaun Daupur and Chandeni Mandan of Kavre District) with the help of local NGO name Samaj Sewa Samuha (SSS) and supported by A-PAD Sri Lanka and A-PAD Japan.
More than 10,000 people were given emergency treatment (trauma, cut injury, fracture, ANC, PNC, dirrhoea and ARI) and psychological counseling.
Emergency Medical Team of DCH Trust is implementing the activities on “Earthquake Emergency Response in Nepal 2015”.
