BD for sharing experiences to achieve MDGs in health sector

City Desk :Bangladesh High Commissioner to India Syed Muazzem Ali underlined the need for sharing experiences among the BIMSTEC nations to achieve Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in health sector. “Despite limited resources, Bangladesh has made commendable progress in achieving the health related MDGs such as life expectancy, total fertility rate, infant and under-5 mortality rate,” he said this on Thursday while addressing the inaugural function of JIPMER-BIMSTEC Telemedicine Network (JBTN) at Pondicherry, India.
