Dhaka Commerce College (DCC) has achieved the status of being the best private college at the national level under the National University College Ranking for the year 2017 .
Dhaka Commerce College has secured the 1st position among the best 10 Government and private colleges in Dhaka Zone under the National University. Prof Md Shafiqul Islam, Principal (Acting) of Dhaka Commerce College, received the Best Private College Award 2017 from the Chief Guest.
Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni, MP was present as the chief guest at the programme held recently at the International Mother Language Institute Auditorium in the city. Md Sohrab Hossain, Senior Secretary of Secondary and Higher Education Department of Education Ministry, was the special guest.
National University VC Prof Dr Harun-Or-Rashid presided over the programme . Besides, Dhaka Commerce College has secured the 1st position under the National University’s Pre-model College Programme.
This college also secured the same award in the year 2015 and 2016.
