DBBL’s students scholarship today

Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd (DBBL) today (Sunday) to award scholarship of 2017 to 3,019 HSC passed meritorious students who are disadvantaged and impaired.
The program will be held at Shahid Sohrowardi Indoor stadium in the city where Finance Minister Abul Mal Abdul Muhit will remain present in the program as Chief Guest, Law minister Anisul Haque and Bangladesh Bank Governor Fazle Kabir as special guest will take part in the program.
DBBL has been awarding scholarships to meritorious students in need of financial aid studying at higher secondary, graduation & post graduation levels. In continuation of this program applications are invited for DBBL scholarships from meritorious students in need of financial aid.
DBBL under its social cause program has been awarding the scholarships to the meritorious students in need of financial aid studying at different levels of education since its inception. DBBL awards new scholarships every year along with renewal of existing awardees.
Fifty per cent of these students are living in the rural areas and fifty percent are living in urban areas who are very meritorious but cannot afford education due to poor economic state. 50,679 students of the country have been awarded with educational scholarship. Till date, 21,187 students have received the educational scholarship.
