Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd. signed an agreement with Bangladesh Bank to facilitate long-term financing under the World Bank funded Financial Sector Support Project (FSSP) at the Bangladesh Bank Head Office premise on Wednesday.
Under this agreement, Dutch-Bangla Bank can disburse low-cost long-term foreign currency loans for tenure of 3 to 10 years for ventures in the industrial productive sectors of the economy receiving support from this fund.
Md. Ahsan Ullah, Executive Director and Project Director of FSSP of Bangladesh Bank and K. S. Tabrez, Managing Director of Dutch-Bangla Bank signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Nazneen Sultana, Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, Md. Sayedul Hasan, Deputy Managing Director of Dutch-Bangla Bank and other high officials of Bangladesh Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank also attended the program.
