Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited provided financial support of Tk. 6.5 million to Dhaka Metropolitan Police with a view to meeting up the construction cost of a Modern Multipurpose Shed at Rajarbag Police Lines, Dhaka. Md. Asaduzzaman Mia, Commissioner of DMP received a pay order of Tk. 6.5 million from KS Tabrez, Managing Director of the bank at a ceremony held at Rajarbag Police Lines in the city on Monday.
Md. Asaduzzaman Mia, DMP Commissioner lauded the role of Dutch-Bangla Bank for various Social Cause activities and acknowledged the financial support and co-operation made by DBBL in the past in different areas of DMP. He also recalled the support of Dutch-Bangla Bank for Digitalization of Salary Disbursement System of DMP through DBBL.
High officials of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, Deputy Managing Director of DBBL Md. Sayedul Hasan were present on the occasion.
